We take care to accurately display and describe our products. Due to the nature of mixed confectionery products, colours, shapes, brands, and availability may vary from time to time.

Where a particular lolly is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with a similar product of equal value unless otherwise agreed with the customer.

-Allergens-

Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens including, but not limited to, milk, soy, wheat, gluten, nuts, and artificial colours or flavours.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product information and contacting us before ordering if they have any allergy concerns. La La Lollies Pick N Mix cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

-Pricing & Payments-

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Prices, products, and promotions may be changed at any time without notice.

Payment must be received in full before orders are packed and dispatched.

-Order Acceptance-

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders where necessary, including where products are unavailable, payment cannot be verified, or an error has occurred in pricing or product information.

-Shipping & Delivery-

Shipping and delivery information is outlined in our Shipping Policy.

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes are subject to Australia Post and are outside of our control.

-Returns & Refunds-

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy and Australian Consumer Law.

-Limitation of Liability-

To the maximum extent permitted by law, La La Lollies Pick N Mix shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website.
