RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

At La La Lollies Pick N Mix, we take great care in preparing and packaging all orders. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind purchases.

Returns & Refunds

As our products are food items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Change of mind
• Personal taste preferences
• Incorrect selection made by the customer
• Products that have been opened or consumed

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is an issue with the quality of the product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To help us assess the issue, please provide:
• Your order number
• A description of the problem
• Clear photos / Video of the product and packaging

Where appropriate, we may offer:
• A replacement product
• Store credit
• A full or partial refund

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, unsafe, significantly different from its description, or otherwise fails to meet consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement, or other remedy.

Shipping

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers once an order has been dispatched. However, if your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist.
