SHIPPING POLICY

During periods of extreme heat, some products may soften or be affected during transit. While we package orders with care, we cannot guarantee products will arrive in perfect condition if exposed to high temperatures during shipping.

-Processing Times-

Orders are generally packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.

-Shipping Rates-

Australia-wide shipping is available for a flat rate of $12 per order.

-Delivery Times-

Delivery times vary depending on your location and Australia Post processing times. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is the responsibility of the postal carrier.

Please note that delivery timeframes provided by Australia Post are estimates only and may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or due to circumstances outside of our control.

-Order Tracking-

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

-Incorrect Addresses-

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. La La Lollies Pick N Mix cannot be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

-Damaged Parcels-

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel and provide clear photos of the packaging and contents so we can investigate and assist where possible.

-Lost or Delayed Parcels-

Once an order has been handed to Australia Post, delivery is outside of our control. However, if your parcel is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist with lodging an enquiry.
